01 — Overview
V Galactech is an applied AI company. It designs and builds AI systems that perform substantive work inside an organisation — defined together with the executives accountable for the outcome, engineered to operate continuously under real conditions, and governed to a standard that withstands examination by a board, an auditor or a regulator.
V Galactech applies AI at the point where an organisation makes its decisions and performs its work. It does not develop AI models and it does not supply computing capacity. It builds the AI systems that run upon them, within the client's business and under the client's authority.
V Galactech was established as the technology arm of a boardroom advisory practice engaged in corporate strategy, capital markets and governance. That practice met a recurring obstacle: boards approved sound directions that then stalled, not for want of capital or conviction, but because the organisation had no means of carrying them.
V Galactech was formed to build what the boardroom had resolved to do — and two principles from that period still govern its AI practice. Technology that cannot be governed will not be permitted to operate. Technology that is not adopted is not an asset but a cost.
02 — Where AI programmes stall
Enterprise AI programmes fail at a consistent point, and rarely for technical reasons. An AI pilot performs well and demonstrates clear potential. It then does not progress into the operations that would benefit from it. The prevailing pattern is significant AI expenditure accompanied by limited change to how the business actually runs.
The obstruction is a set of questions of authority, accountability and organisational behaviour — not questions of engineering. Technology suppliers are not positioned to resolve them. Advisory firms cannot resolve them either, because the answers must be constructed into the AI system itself rather than recorded in documentation surrounding it.
AI programmes stall between the two disciplines. This is the principal cause of loss in enterprise AI expenditure, and it is the gap V Galactech was built to close.
03 — AI Capabilities
AI embedded within live operations — where decisions are taken, exceptions are managed and work progresses. Built to carry sustained load and to be assessed in operating terms rather than demonstration terms.
AI that makes an organisation's accumulated record legible and available at the moment of decision. Established institutions are typically far wealthier in retained information than in practical access to it.
AI that carries complete processes independently, and AI that operates alongside experienced personnel to raise their capacity. Which a given process warrants is treated as a considered judgment, not a default.
Decision boundaries, escalation to human authority, permissions and auditable records designed into the architecture from the outset. Controls built at the beginning are inexpensive and durable; controls appended at the end are costly, and a frequent cause of final approval being withheld.
The interface, the workflow and the handover between AI and person — the determinants of whether an AI capability is used in practice or merely owned on paper.
04 — Our AI Approach
The engagement begins with the executive who carries the outcome. The subject is the intended change to the business, the limits that must not be crossed, and the measure of success. AI itself is not discussed at this stage.
A single genuine process is taken fully into live AI operation under real conditions, rather than demonstrated in isolation. This establishes early and inexpensively whether the approach holds within the client's specific business.
Performance is assessed in the terms the organisation already uses to judge itself: cycle time, error rate, cost to serve, capacity released. An AI system that cannot be defended in those terms will not survive its first budget review, and should not.
AI scope is widened on the strength of demonstrated evidence rather than institutional enthusiasm.
The client receives the working AI system, the underlying data, and sufficient capability within its own organisation to operate it independently of V Galactech.

On completion, the sponsoring executive should be able to answer each of the following without turning to another party in the room.
The ability to answer all six distinguishes an AI capability the business owns from an AI experiment it continues to fund.
